The
experience of writing my memoirs with the help of a true professional
like Wade Keller took the chore to a minimum and made it fun. Wade's
perceptive questions kept things on track as we added and eliminated
stuff that fit and some that didn't help the story. His thoroughness
is most impressive. He takes the fear out of writing a book and puts
in the pleasure of the results as friends who read it exclaim, "What a
beautiful job!" Everyone has a
story to tell but it takes skill to tell it well and have it written
well. That's where Wade earns his fee many times over.

My
appreciation and thanks to Wade Keller who took a jumble of words and
memories and edited them into the final product. Had it not been for
Wade's patience and prodding, Okoboji Boy would not have been
possible.

After doing
a lot of research I made the decision to contract with Wade Keller to
handle the process of creating my autobiography. I could not possibly
be more pleased with the process and the result.
Wade and I started from scratch with
taped interviews each week and the many documents and pictures I had
accumulated. Not only did he do a masterful job of converting the
taped interviews into cogent chapters, he also had the expertise to
mastermind the book design and printing.
Thanks to Wade Keller the job is
done. He has my highest recommendation.

Spanning a
work life of almost 50 years I had accumulated a plethora of stories
related to my military life and teaching school. As I accumulated a
massive amount of chapters, stories and paper, Wade Keller took on
the job of organizing and formalizing what would eventually become my
book. Wade made my job as an author easy by separating wheat from
chaff and he helped me condense a pile of paper into a readable book.
He was also instrumental in getting the book printed and delivered
with reasonable cost. I give
Wade Keller my highest recommendation with enthusiasm.

Over the years DT (as Dr.
Thomson is known to his grandchildren) has told me so many wonderful
stories. Stories that made me laugh, and many that made me cry. But they
all were memorable. He is a great storyteller and a man whose career was
at the cutting edge of the history of cardiac surgery. I wanted our
children and grandchildren to hear these wonderful stories.
What if something happened to us and the stories were lost? I felt a great
responsibility.
I decided to find someone to help Norm write his memoirs and tell his
stories. That was a present to him. I was very fortunate to find Wade
Keller, a professional editor and publisher of personal memoirs. Wade
taped numerous sessions with DT, many out on the lanai with our little dog
Molly and me listening in.

For the past 20 years I've been writing
short stories to let my great, great grandchildren and those beyond know
about some of my life experiences. At just the right time Wade Keller came
along and offered to organize my hand written stories and pictures into a
sensible book format. Wade was highly recommended and met or exceeded all
my expectations of an editor/publisher as we put together "Tell Me a
Story, Grandpa". Good job, Wade.

Like many people, I
had been at the task of writing my memoirs for a number of years. It was
an ongoing process with no end in sight. Then I met Wade Keller, a former
CPA and College Professor who was willing to help me put it together.
Wade began with the notes I had already compiled and came to my home once
a week for an 2-hour taping session. We continued the process until we had
it completed

The first step in
preparing this epistle was a series of taping sessions, which covered
various segments of my life.
I cannot say enough
about the cooperation, patience and expertise of Wade Keller in getting
this project started and continued with all the conflicts of my own busy
life.

I had not thought of writing these memoirs
until I met Wade Keller. Wade is a member and past president of the Rotary
Club of Marco Island. When I learned that Wade Keller had a publishing
company and specialized in memoirs, I realized that it was a rare
opportunity for me to write and have my memoirs published with Wade's help
in organizing my writings.

After writing my
memoirs I knew the next step was to find an editor and publisher.
Fortunately Wade Keller was available. He did a superb job in a timely
fashion. Wade is also handling the marketing of my memoirs to bookstores
nationwide.

Special thanks to Wade
Keller, owner of Keller Publishing for serving as editor and publisher on
this project.. I got to know Wade as he came to my home in Naples for
several taping sessions between January and May of 2004. I was very
pleased with the process. Wade made the task of writing my memoirs a
pleasure rather than a burden.

I am very pleased with
the way Wade Keller took my rough manuscript of my life story and
organized it with 67 of my favorite color pictures. He did the whole
process in record time. I am very comfortable recommending Wade to others
who want to finally get the job done.

For some time my
children had asked that I put into book form my experiences in the war and
some other memories but I was not sure how to go about it. Then I met Wade
Keller who is a writer and publisher of personal memoirs.
I highly recommend
Wade Keller to anyone thinking of writing and publishing personal memoirs.
